metainfo: Fix launchable and update description
`<launchable>` must coincide with the actual URL path defined by the
manifest.
Remove the period from <summary>, as the spec [1] suggests. Also remove
the redundant "Provides". This makes Cockpit's "Applications" page more
consistent.
