I have decided to add a workaround fix for bad spelling…

In "Book of Random Tables #1", there is a spelling error in the Table of Contents, which is what I happen to use as an index for splitting each table in different files for step 0

In table of Contents it says: "Items in a Office"

but in the chapter itself, it says "Items in an Office" using the correct a/an spelling.

This could cause issues in the future, so I'm adding a workaround to the scanfix
